This process is entirely up-to-you and your needs. Once the intake form is signed, I begin preparing and planning your trip, from small details to a full daily itinerary, flights and transportation, etc.

We work to refine your itinerary until you’re happy, even while you’re traveling. All clients will receive proposals before anything is reserved or booked, and this conversation is ongoing until you are satisfied.
